As for the bars, the only enjoyable time to actually go is during the week. On the weekends, the bars are far too crowded. Why the hell has Purdue not gotten at least another bar to replace poor little Stacks?? Is it too much to ask to spread out all these students packed so hard into the bars that you can't even move? I'm definitely avoiding bars on the weekends until such an event occurs. In the meantime, you can find me getting fratty like the youngin that I'm not, but wish I could still be. I'm so very jealous of all those people who have several years of college left ahead of them, for this is my final year and I fully intend on living it up. Watch out!

Rediscovering what it's like to be a Freshman!
It may be my 5th year at Purdue this year, but really I feel like I'm a freshman all over again in the best ways possible! First, walking around campus to class, I find that I run into not nearly as many people as I used to forcing me to make uncomfortable small talk and awkward hellos. This may be one of my favorite things about the new year, as well as not having to see all those damn sorority bitches out anymore. Another favorite thing is my rediscovery of living the frat life. So what if I'm 22? Being back at Sigma Nu makes me feel like I'm 18 all over again. I mean why on earth did I ever stop going to these wonderful places? Free alcohol, lots of new people, raging parties, and not over-crowded over-heated bars. Now I remember why my first two years at Purdue were such a grand adventure.
